Mr. S No time for management activities
Mr. S has owned and managed a 4-plex for several years. The time commitment necessary to successfully manage the building has become overwhelming. After several failed attempts to hire a professional property manager, Mr. S hired Superior Rental Services to perform all administrative tasks associated with his property. Mr. S retains responsibility for rent collection, lease signing, and security deposit management, while Superior Rental Services performs the following services as needed:
- Prepare the property for rent (clean, paint, repair)
- Create marketing material
- Tenant screening
- Coordinate tenant move-In
- Periodic Property Inspections
- Property maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate tenant move-out activities
